it's been a while... i know.
working smart isn't working well for me these days.
i gotta grind through my teeth to get things done. literally.
definitely, the stress factor had been bumped up to the roof!
i hope i can finish up everything so i can quit after this year. i've accumulated enough know-how in the trade to start my own little "business".
yep, i hope to start next month... i don't care if that means i'll double the stress. i gotta go out and test the waters while i'm still a 'hotshot'. once i'm unserviceable, it's game over for me.
yeah, it's out now... better commit.. get rich now.. or die trying. hah!
my little angel is going to school.. finally!
can't believe how time flies. once upon a time, she was just a little baby that i didn't want. now, she's all grown up and eager to learn.
love her more everyday...
neil is a teenager too! today, we just went riding motorcycles together getting the bikes tuned and repaired.
he can really step up when the situation calls for it. well, he learned driving my bike by himself... when i accidentally left the key, that is.
me and him have this elaborate plan hatched together when we finally dive into this thing called entrepreneurship.
here's hoping it'll push through and work out as planned.
in times of hardship, there's definitely an opportunity on the horizon. sometimes, we just need to get to that point in order to look outside the box.
these ebooks and audiobooks that we've immersed ourselves into, they are awesome!
i wish i had the time to read 'em and listen when i was at neil's age.
but, it's never too late to start, right jim? brian? and everyone else?
anyhow, prepare! the day of the reckoning is at hand!
it's time to...

of graduation, booze and the children
soooo effing tired today.
at this early, dreamland is tempting.
that had been life for me this far... it's peaks and valleys.. then downhill all the way!
some people are gonna get bored living this way. i ain't though.
i mean, i had my time partyin' it up.. going places.. adventure.. the lot!
this is me now.
guess i'm getting old. no more energy. zest for fun, zit!
i don't even play PC games anymore, WTF?
most of my beer bud, gone.
perfect!
i was at the grocery earlier and was watching all those beer-in-cans, ya know, the six packs, then passed by the liquor area.. thought half a sec - then went straight to the beverage section and got me some Chuckie. that yum-yum chocolate milk drink, that's what i'm pouring in my cup right now.
anywho, alcohol is bad for recovery as it increases cortisol, that muscle wasting hormone that does nothing good to your physique, so better avoid it especially these days when i'm supposed to waste lotsa fat and keep 'em muscles.
i'm not saying nada tho.. i just had some rum-soda last thursday as it's my officemate's son graduation. "drink moderately" was in effect that night. LOL
meanwhile, Neil graduated from elementary too. boy, the kid is a handful, tell ya that. i hope he'd find something good where he can focus his attention to and not on something useless.

i dunno but maybe my little angel mitch is also one of the driving factor of why i'm "cool" these days.. meaning, i'm not partying up and go crazy. instead, i've been workin' hard, exercise, rest well and do something meaningful in life rather than waste away in reckless abandon and not a care in the world.

dunzo.

it's in the image

whew!
fever is imminent.
it's the weather.
classes had begun. well, i've been waking up early for a couple of months now. no biggy.
what i hate though is waking up late. no, it's nice to sleep a lot longer, but not during working/school days... it's frigging traffic out there and rushing to get things done is a pain in the arse.
the routine is a killer.. sleep and wake-up early (read: no more CSI's, late night documentaries at DC, etc.).. bring/fetch Neil, work, hit the gym - lift and cardio hard.. in between 'em, you wouldn't wanna know.
i don't know when i'm gonna start getting serious around here.. the cyberspace, i mean.. then maybe earn some serious moolah like the guy i read in some forum whose earning hundreds of thousands of pesos-es thanks to adsense and whatever whatchamacallit.. yarp, i'd like to be in his shoes any given Sunday.
ok, make that everyday.
shet, some people can spend loads of time doin' Facebook, Friendster, Multiply, Tweeter and all that "IN" fad of the month thingy.. whoa there, mate!
ya serious??
is that life to ya????
i'd rather go beachin'.
cruisin' on my bike with Neil out of town..
or, just read the news on the internet... yeah, that should stimulate my idle brain, i guess.
or write something here... watch movies.. listen to music.. sleep.
i find 'em more productive.
but that's just me, homs.
sip.. surf.. Zzzzzz...
