two in a row!
yep, that's the spoiler right there.
won again our li'l biggest loser challenge. it's not about the money, really. i've been meaning to lose weight and the contest just put things in perspective.
my office mates from the other branch did gave me a good fight... they were teaming up and boy, did they came close... 2nd and 3rd!
although i've said before that if i kept the pace i was going, i'm gonna be in the clear... however, there were a lot of snags along the way. went to Baguio City where we ate like we mean it. that was three days and two nights. then, sister came by for over a week. had a lot of goodies and sweets.. not to mention the many, many pigging out we did.
the last two days before the weigh-in, had an awful lot of boozing with the little reunion we have from our ISUZU family.. then my uncle invited us over for some dinner cos my cousin whose been a seaman for years just passed his last exam which puts him a stone throw away from being a skipper of the ship. nice, yeah?
third or fourth week of the contest, my left knee/calves started acting out and i couldn't run anymore. imagine how much running had contributed to my weight lost and now it's out of the menu.
it's probably for the best. i learn a lot of "tricks" working around the injury. more tools in my toolbox. oh, the diet... the diet was pretty intense i got a lot of days wherein i'm just so irritable.
i'm happy it's over now. i can sit back and eat what i want... hah!
not!
yeah... the plan is to keep going but not as intense as it was during the contest.
soldering on is part of the grand scheme of things...
anyway, had a lot of things going but i can't keep up with the details.. what, with all the happenings on full throttle... this guy right here is too old to catch up, deym!

human genome
i had this stolen this from Yahoo!
I was making pottery one day because it gives me pleasure to create art from clay. To my amazement, one of my hand-made coffee mugs spoke to me and said "I don't want to be a coffee mug. I prefer to be a vase".
I smiled and said "but I am the potter, and you are only the clay. I decided what you should be, and you are a perfect coffee mug. You have no ability to transform yourself into something else. That power rest with me alone".
The coffee mug was angry with me, and rebelled. It tried and tried to transform itself into a vase, but it only managed to break off it's handle. It still didn't look much like a vase. It looked ugly & broken.
Of course I forgave it, because it is only a silly mug and it doesn't know any better.
it's talking about some silly transgender woman wanting to compete in some female division competition.
really? how the freak is that even fair?

speed bumps
was on my way to victory... i mean, i could literally smell it already.
with the pace i'm going, there is no doubt it's gonna be a back-to-back victory. i'm unstoppable!
unfortunately (or more precisely, fortunately) sister decided to come home earlier. it's supposed to be May, but today, she arrived.
and we ate. a lot.
lets start with the ribs... then the chocolates... and it's only day one for their (sister and friend) eight day furlough. it's not gonna be easy on the coming days. not to mention, the time to exercise won't be a breeze now.
i hit a snag when we went to Baguio City... no exercise and eat everything on site. that was only three days and two nights and my body felt like i'm back to square one.
after this loooong snag, i have six days to get back to the swing of things.
b-e-a-utiful!
on the bright side, i get to have a new shoes, some jeans and shirts.... and lotsa chocolates!
wish me luck!!

Jackpot
the city of pines... such a nice place.
other than riding on a plane and a few snags, everything was goin' great in that three days and two nights of grand vacation.
but before that, we won some twenty five grand on some contest my wife had me and the rest of the wrecking crew in the house joined in.
it was a kickoff party, raffle draws and an award's night rolled into one.
t'was Sunday and since we have this little contest called Biggest Loser in the office, i decided to hit the gym for some serious cardio.
after the gym, went to the venue famish.
after the gym, went to the venue famish.
i was feeling tired, hungry, bored, envious, and did i mentioned bored? yeah, it took a while to finish. a lot of awardees and winners were announced wifey included.
some pals i know of were winning... cash, appliances, cellphones, etc.
i was feeling dismayed cos everyone's seems to be winning but us.
to make the long story short, during the final draw, i kept telling myself i hope i didn't win cos i hate going up on stage and getting pictured at... i didn't wanna be seen at all.
to my surprise, i got called!
the irony.
my wife is twenty five G's richer... yeah, i gave it all to her. well, she did all the work.. from buying the tickets, to making sure everyone goes, all the way to filling 'em tickets down.
what did i do? make sure i get my ass into that convention center.
i wanna go on talkin' but shayt, did some freakin' serious workout earlier, thus, i am very well spent.
Bagiuo City story will have to wait.... *yawn*

Biggest Lozer 2
WOW!
it's been a helluva tiring week! yep, bump up the cardio and really lessen the food intake... results are obvious, i guess.
i'm just waiting for other people to notice. i don't go around and brag about how i've lost weight.
my fellow competitors are showing signs of giving up. they probably thought there was no way of beating me... i doubt it very much.
we still have over a month more to go... plenty of time to turn things around.
i wish i could swim again though. that would really put me in the forefront, hands down.
unlike college days wherein i swim for twenty to thirty laps but then eat loads of junks afterwards like burgers and all that oily food being sold outside CCSC (the swimming place), now i can just eat boiled chicken breast and be content with it.
if i continue in this course and keep doing the things i do now, i believe i can top that lost weight i had before.
me and wifey are going to Baguio this tuesday for a three day vacation. nice, yeah?
i'm still scared shitless riding a plane and, we're gonna be travelling and riding on a bus for hours going to our destination. heard about that news early today about a bus falling off a 120 meter ravine? many died.
that's even more scary!
anyway, if it's your time, it's your time. only the good Lord above knows when it's your time to go.
the cardio section of the gym is now my favorite hangout. i sweat like a bucket every time i'm there.
time to kill the talk and embrace the sacks.... nighty!

I Can..
WOW! it's been what, forever?
yep, got caught up with a lot of things. like a lot.
the work had been nothing but...
about two month ago(?), i've been holdin' office upstairs. we have this renovation going and it's taking eons!
so, what happened? about three or four departments had been fused all together. we are all shacked up in one big room. nice, huh? boy, it's been HELL.
most of these are ladies... and LOUD. my ears are bleeding!
thank God for earphones. but even then, it's still a pain in the ass. it's like listening to degenerates.. i feel dumber each day that passes.
and the renovation isn't gonna finish soon either... thus, i'm stuck with the loudmouths! it's soooo annoying, man.. i hope we can move back to where we've been..
**
my older brother whose been on rehab for almost a couple of years is back with us. good to see him making improvements.. big ones!
i hated him when i was younger for all the stupid things he pulled. but now, i have nothing but love for him. it's good to have a brother around the house. even my elder half sister is with us now. the house she's been staying since her childhood days had been sold. she's got nowhere to go, so she's here. like i have a choice, huh?!
anyway, we're one, big, quirky family now! what's really odd about this whole arrangement is, both of my siblings aren't married, my wife's brother is just as single.. even my older sister abroad is still single too!
here's hoping for the best!
**
speaking of sister, big sister is coming home this year. we're all excited. our nanny and her nephews (daughters of my dearly departed nanny) are also coming over. they've been residing in Manila for years now. they aren't exactly, ya know, well off there but they'd rather be there so sister's bringing them here for some RnR.
another thing to be excited of are the presents.. hehe.. little brother had been asking about our sizes. he always buys the good stuff.. sister's kinda cheapskate on stuff, but when it comes to goodies, she brings it.
**
workout had been so-so. i was gonna start running.. do some interval training but had an unfortunate mishap. i was at the mall to buy some compression shorts for my grand plan - run around IT Park after office hours. while walking to the parking lot, i stumbled on some hump.. all because i was looking at this dog the guard was walking around. i fell hard on my right knee.
boy, i couldn't care less about the embarrassment. the pain was almost unbearable!
iced it after arriving home. next day, deadlift some three hundred pounds. stupid! i thought it's nothing cos i can bend my knees. next thing i know, it just swelled like there's a small ball stuck inside my knee. i could not bend it anymore. fcuk me!
t'was a nightmare.
could hardly walk but managed to get inside the bathroom. good thing i got some guy to buy me some ice and iced the area for an hour.
for almost a month now, haven't done any leg exercise.
this week, i managed to walk in the treadmill and do some stationary bike. at least it's healing up.
**
Sinulog's comin' up. my pal who shares my namesake will have a party at his house a day before the festivities. he does it annually... what usually happens is, i get hammered the night before and i don't get to go out the next day.
it's gonna be more fun now cos we have this new pal who came out of nowhere and is a mighty made guy. if you're familiar with the Italian mob, you know what a made guy is.. otherwise, google is your friend!
if i have it my way, i don't really mind not going anywhere. i'm pretty set at home with all the fun stuff i managed to amass... that is, modesty aside.
but, it's also nice to go out , let your hair down, loosen up, get wasted with your pals. although you scorch a few brain cells, you get to stimulate it at the same time.
so, lets say, we'll just roll with the punches.
**
anyone seen that awesome movie, Lone Survivor movie yet? very nice!
i don't know about you but i'm sleepy, tired and bored... so, 'til next year?

ez bz
the last few weeks had been really busy. it's a fact we've had an all time high in terms of sales. we've never had this kind of unit releases since our company started. it's awesome! but, it's quite a stress.
i'm just gonna have to suck it up.
it's probably because our economy is doing good and people can afford even the most high end vehicles such as the Mustang and the Explorer. heck, even the Expedition have takers too!

| courtesy of Ford Philippines |
it has been a roller coaster ride so far. management has decided to bump up the quota. so, it is expected we're gonna have a sizable sales every month.
i'm not from the sales group but this means my workload will increase as well. aside from the main office, there's three more branches which all documentations are sent my way to be processed.
i can't complain.
though it's tiring sometimes, i'm happy to have put up a system long before this came about. otherwise, a huge pile of mess would have been on my table right now.
haven't gone out partying with friends since those dreaded days. my condition has since improved. unfortunately, workouts had to suffer since we've been busy and worst, the house help left. still and all, when i find time, i sneak out to the gym and make the most out of it.
cha-ching!

the lowdown
well, whadyaknow.. i'm still kicking!
i dunno for how much longer though. my BP has gone haywire. my heart, lets just say it's been downhill for roughly three weeks now. it's definitely something to watch out for.
been to the doc a few days ago. pop a few pills. it's better but still, i'm not out of the woods yet.
monday, gonna get my ECG result and go to a specialist. a cardiologist, to be exact.
yesterday, i felt better after the visit to the doc, went to smash the weights! shoulder pressed ninety pounds for three. rest. then squeeze out six more reps with a help this time.
after a few minutes of doing presses and pulls in the gym, i felt dizzy and gassed. took off.
today, i tried do some light cardio. just walk a bit faster and inclined a tad. boy, i felt dizzy and gassed again!
that's a stark contrast to what i can pound before doing HIIT on the treadmill at eight kilometers per hour. really, something awry is goin' on with me.
tsk.. tsk..
all that strength and power, gone in a snap!
at least three pals wanna hang out tonight. i'd love to, but i can't.
gotta heal up if i still can. i get a little anxious just thinking of the what if's.
between then and now, only the good Lord above knows.
gotta stay positive. i don't live for myself alone now. there are people whom i love and depends on me.
it's just how things in the world works.
chillin' time.

your chances of winning in a lottery is .000001 to nil.
so you're better off betting on a cockfight or in a casino.. you'd exponentially increase your chances than betting on some lottery. unfortunately, i don't win in this kinda game. wifey is the lucky one when it comes to raffles, games and gambling. she oftentimes brings something after a party where there's raffle. we've had LCD TV, a laptop, some cellphones, a few electronic stuff, etc. courtesy of her winnings.... a proof of how lucky she is.
so why am i talking about this? well, just recently the lottery station had been swamped with people wanting to bet on the lotto. grand prize was peg at roughly three hundred million. that's a lot! people would wanna have a piece of that, that's for sure judging from the people queuing up in droves. even i bet a few times..
some lucky folks finally hit the jackpot! good for them. hope it makes them better people and rub others with their good fortune.
***
meanwhile, thought i'd share that little "secret" i discovered in increasing my bench strength. it has something to do with how you grip the bar. i've read this a few times that when you grip the bar, you kinda want to bend it. so there. i experimented with how i place it on my palms. when i thought i finally got it, the bar just travels to its supposed trajectile rather nice and easy.
i got excited today and as useless, err, i mean as usual, got carried away! my shoulders are burning hot with all that lactic acid! just tore myself apart real good.
my li'l baby is all over me right now... buzzin' off!!

looks like someone had a rude welcome at the gym earlier. i wasn't really mindful of others... bad, bad me!
some guys, two of them were new, obviously. well, i've been rotating my time in the gym so i have no clue whose who cos i go when i'm ready and good to go. no specific time whatsoever. anyway, did some decline dumbbell press. this lift is something i'm really good at. not many in my gym can pull this one with the one hundred pounder dumbbells. so there, after doing my set, there's no way around it but to drop it.
one guy was beside me. THUD!!! the new guy was standing next to my bench. he seem to be lookin' weird at me and the dumbbells... i just went ahead and do s'more pressing.. didn't know what happened really until the PT (personal trainer) guy told me, "that dude was shocked as hell when you drop the weight!!"
i go "really?!?"
"he doesn't know you yet and he's a newbie so he's not aware of how things goes around here."
"sorry." that's all i can say albeit, embarrassed.
it's no wonder they were gone a few minutes after that incident.
so, that's my story of the day.
chill.

sm@rt@ss
my, my..
this evening workouts has taken a toll on my sleep pattern. it's been days since i've been having sleeping problem!
had some solid thoughts earlier.. as useless, it got caught in the wind, damn! i bet if i think hard enough i could remember..
oh yeah, some people work really hard. nothing wrong with that except that it's stressful. i know a few people who do and they barely play.. it's all work, work, work.
my job, it requires a lot of working hard. i know a lot of people in my line of work who quit or gone rouge on the company they work for. they could not handle the stress.
most of them work in tandems. it's the best set-up. one takes care of the office work, the other goes out to the field to transact or process the documents.
i have managed to stay on this job for years and still can afford to "play" like workout or just chill... you know how i do it?
it's the smart.
i adhere to that saying that goes "work smart not hard."
even though i'm the only one who does everything, i got it all figured out, thanks to the good Lord above.
my system is pretty simple. i had a trainee a few months back. he's gonna be assigned to another branch and boy did he had a hard time grasping my way of doing things. he had some foul-ups along the way because he could not follow simple instructions.
and another principle i really, really like - K.I.S.S.
no, not the make out one you horny punk!
it's Keep It Simple, Stupid.
you'll accomplish more things by getting down to the basics.. when you complicate matters, you'll end up with nothing.
my son, Neil likes to complicate things. he's being philosophical as of late and i go, why are you having a hard time figuring things out, it's not rocket science?
it's the generation gap. i know.
anyway, i have to make an impression to him. ya know, give him the proper tools so that when he's all grown up, he would rather choose the path that's best for him. if i've been through that road before and i know it ain't good for him, i'd tell him.
he's a good boy though. he listens. if i would compare myself to him before when i was at his age, he is definitely way, way better than me. but, there's a good reason why we're not at par... it's something i would rather forget.
pep talk is over, i feel drowsy now thanks to GrandMa.
ciao!

outsmart
there's a bit of shayt going around the office lately. some new folks are up my ass.. i've been doing a lot of emails to the semi-big boss explaining things. it kinda zapped the zest outta me.
we're pretty busy right now with all the shebang of things that's going on.. these kinda thing just take your focus away. i know... it's their job. might have been that they are ordered from the higher echelon of them - management.
well, lets just see how thing shape up in the coming days... then, come up with an action plan.
anyway, work can go the eff itself off... let it worry by itself.. ya know what? bring it on!!
meanwhile, conditioning had been improved a bit. the endurance had gone up, thank you!
it's gonna get tweaked, adjusted and more importantly, bump-up as days passes by.
i've got a lot of unfinished stories to tell. someday, it'll be given its proper closure. if i wasn't worried about anything else, i'd love to get me some freedom.
gotta bust my ass... for now.

pain is temporary....
things finally sink in... wait, that's syncing in, i mean.
my lower back felt like it's been run over by a bulldozer it hurts sooooo bad!
had my massage earlier and i must say THAT WAS STEAMY!!!
well, it's supposed to be a clean one. my regular masseuse was nowhere to be found so i opted for the nearest next available... i guess i'm too sensitive or naive.. i really don't know.
she pulled my boxer brief waaaayyy down and really squeeze the shez out of my ass, for starters. then she work her way through my inner thighs... really, really close to my crotch, if you have to ask.
to top it all, she massage thoroughly my chest and went all the way to them nipples.
and NO, it's not usual.
anyway, like i said, i was in it for the clean kind, so NO, nothing "extra" happened.
she did a stellar job of really giving me the HARD massage though. i was wincing in pain but ya know, gotta man-up.
i definitely was looking forward to getting a massage today as i have been really pushing it hard in the gym.. like four days in a row. that's exactly the reason why i'm aching all over. then, since i was eating iron like a man-possessed, went to kill the cardio sessions as well.
so yeah, things are syncing in, finally.
still achin'... i need more... *wink* *wink*
my lower back felt like it's been run over by a bulldozer it hurts sooooo bad!

lazzyy
lazy got down from the train... what that means is, i'm effing getting lazy again 'bout this thing right here! yaikz!
well, if i really think hard about it, i've been a bad boy at getting really lazy with everything, to be perfectly honest.
lazy with work, them workouts, the chores.. etc... etc..
i don't think i like this road i'm taking. after such a busy few weeks early this month, it's been pretty much downhill. guess i relaxed.. a bit too much... ya don't wanna know how... hik hik!
anyway, still knockin' some serious weights off and the strength had been short of outstanding, albeit less consistent.. getting enough rest in between workout days is definitely important to me now. i feel stronger when i'm fresh. so that means i just go by feel. if i feel like i haven't recovered fully enough, i'm not gonna force the issue. mostly, i'm good to go late afternoons whilst before, early morning was a habit.
i use to do a lot of cable pulldowns before... but my lats sored a lot, lot more doing pullups, chins and the neutral grip. i'm learning how to kipp so that when it gets harder to pull myself up, my legs kinda kick-up a bit to sorta give me momentum.. nice move.
indeed, there's so much to learn but so little time.. right now, i wanna yap s'more but... it's just it, i'm so primed for bed..
Happy Birthday to my best pal, Earl.. he's really older now.. better get married and have children already man!!!

overtraining.. could kill
i finally hit a one RM (rep max) of two hundred twenty pounds (220 lbs) on my barbell bench press the other day. it was a glorious day for me! well, if you're a hardcore lifter, that ain't much really. some can even get twice, thrice, four times as heavy. in my case however, it's BIG cos i've been benching since many years back wrongly.
once i got the proper form and it happened not too long ago, the numbers went up, finally.
i got a little too excited and well, overtrained along the way. my right elbow is a bit sore. my shoulders and upper pec are probably inflamed. i know when i overtrained cos the next morning, my body feels unusually warmer.
i have to stop some upper pressing movements as of the moment.. instead, had some lower body exercises and did a lot of pull-ups, chins and neutral positions (palm facing each other)... in that particular order as it represents the hardest to the easy part.
just trying to train smartly now and listen to what the body's saying. ya don't wanna force the issue when you know you'll end up injured.
i'm gonna do Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 really soon and hope to stick by it. i'm a fan of his training style and no BS comments and advise... pretty straightforward. however, i don't like his music, religion and steroids. any other beliefs not related to training, i have to skip it.
two days later of doing all sorts of chest exercises, am still fried.
i really have to start tapering down on this thing.. i'm not getting any younger, aaaahhhhhhhh!!!!
so. there.

yo mah angel
how time flies, yeah?
mah baby is gonna be two year years old in like days. seems t'was just yesterday when she came to us and we were all messed up with her crying and all... how're we supposed to take care of this baby that we didn't even plan to have?
to be honest, we're just glad to have her around.. even with all things considered (read: time, effort, sleepless nights, expense, etc.), she just made our home exciting again... Neil is growing up fast and he's not cute anymore, sadly haha!
our little Angel is quite cuddly and affectionate.. ya know, she just loves to be carried around the house.. amazing how i can go lift heavy ass weight and kill it in the treadmill or other cardio machines, but when i carry her, i tire out rather easily. she's getting heavier everyday, by the way!
you know what time it is? it's twenty hundred hours (20:00). i'm gonna be doing leg work tomorrow with all the squattin' and pain in between. it'll be glutes, hamstrings and quads.
yes, it's twenty hundred and five hours now.. am way pass my beauty sleep. LOL!
i'm gonna be watching some

poseurs
i had a two day off from the gym... well, one was a needed respite, the other was just too much work. yeah, the work had been really riding me these days! it doesn't help that my effing supervisor is up my ass with pressure to get things done.. i'm actually having some kinda headache right now. ugh!
so much for that and on to my favorite subject...
another awesome shoulder workout today!
it didn't come as a surprise as i've been busting my chops to get my numbers up in doing shoulder presses. i've pretty much set a new PR (personal record) doing shoulder presses from the pins. roughly 190 pounds for a good three repetitions. i think that it had something to do with my grip strength. someone said and i agree that your ability to move the weight starts when you grip the bar. it's like when you hold the bar, you just go and picture tearing them apart. Dave Tate said something along that line and i must say, i'm a believer now of that principle.
anyway, i've pretty much gotten stronger in almost all facets of lifting.. but i'm not there yet. ya know, it's exciting and there are days that i look forward to just reaching my goal... it feels remarkable to have gotten that far and moving such amount of weight but at the same time it's frustrating when i realize i can't move any more weight cos my body, especially the CNS (central nervous system) is signalling me it's over. it is tired and exhausted and even though the mind is willing, the body has been weakened considerably.
so those are the highs and lows.
kroc rows and farmer's walk had gotten my grip stronger. they can also withstand longer use... in short, they tire a li'l longer than usual.
meanwhile, poseurs are scattered all over the gym like dog shit. hah!
you know, they must've started workin' out yesterday and today they're wearing top-tanks already. show-offs!
others look like they know their thing.. they go start bench pressin' with heavy ass weight but funny thing though, they just move the bar like a few inches off the rack. then after just 2-3 sets they go call somebody (usually, personal trainers) to help them move the weight. yeah, to sorta spot them but them PT's end up lifting the weights themselves.
i got one word for these people, LEAVE YER EGO AT THE DOOR, YA DIMWIT!
ok that's and handful, gotta a problem with that?
but, kidding aside, i use to be like that myself. these days, if i can't do it properly, i eat humble pie and lower the weights. i get better stimulation doing that and it's gotten me even more stronger.
last but not the least...

Bench Pressin' like playin'
i saw a video just recently and that was all i need to see to get my bench press (bench) performed properly. see, we all can put things up and down but there's actually a way to execute things properly. like when you're trying to lift something off the floor. picture a case of beer. if you're bending with your back rounded, you're gonna feel some sorta pain later.. worst, injure your lower back. however, if you arch your back, you are doing it sexy properly.
there are more examples i can give, but ya gotta pay me though for them infos.. heh!
well, going back to the video, i've been doing the bench wrong since day one. that's one reason why i hurt my right shoulder before. since time immemorial i tried to do it right with no luck, though dumbbell pressing one hundred pounds each hand was somewhat a success, using the bar proved to be my waterloo.
i just couldn't get stronger with it no matter how i tweak my hand position or body's... 'til i saw the video and applied it earlier.
wow!! it's like seven years or so of doing things wrong and trying in earnest to learn.
but not when i'm older and joint pains is a regular!
it's also worth mentioning that recovery had decelerate a tad.. argh!
ahhhh... it's never to late to learn new tricks! even old dogs can learn a thing or two.. like me!
exciting times, indeed.
some people in the gym must've been smiling behind my back when i do all those goofy exercises.
the basics are always a staple - squats, deadlifts, presses and rows. the assistance however is where i do all sorts of stuff that most people in the gym wouldn't dare try cos they don't wanna look like "aliens."
but it's not about how nice you flow through the movements, it's getting things done - the right way.
so wipe that smirk off yer face, ya moron!
my apologies for getting carried away. too much testosterone running through my system, i must admit.
well... it's time to chill now..

Gellin'
just had a massage earlier at a place where i'm a regular. i kinda stop experimenting with other parlors as i only get disappointed when i don't get that much needed therapy.
so, when i find a good masseuse (nothing kinky, just prefer women), i usually note their name so the next time i go there i can easily request for that lady.
lately i've been going for the two-hour session... pretty rejuvenating for a tired and weary bod like mine. i always go for the HARD variant... when she does that massage, she really goes for the kill! mostly, i end up holding my breath to sorta mask the pain.. but i don't complain... especially when it's done on the hamstrings, glutes, back, shoulders, chest and biceps... on the calves, quads, triceps and some part of the neck and head, i prefer it moderate.
that pretty much puts my weekend on a high note.
there was a time when i just went balls to the wall at the gym, the next day i couldn't get up! well, i can actually but it was really hard to move around or go to work.. i ended up calling for a home service massage.
curiously, some people at the parlor, i overhear them talking to their masseuse... they're like hitting on them. maybe they're hoping to get something "extra" or some DOM wanna have some lovin'..
well, i don't like to chatter. i just wanna chill , listen to relaxing music and close my eyes. even when it hurt sometimes.. i don't go "could you tone it down a little, it effing hurts!"
i don't even get a wood, dam'it!
maybe if the attendant was wearing something skimpy, i might.
i don't know if some masseuse are actually hitting on me... there was one who really did a nice dig on my inner thigh she's a few millimeters away from my manhood... i can't stop it from getting mad!
anyway, i don't really wanna think that way cos my intentions are pure. sorta. LOL!
well, that's my story for today.. my mind's still debating whether i should down some brandy whilst watching HBO's Pacquiao vs Marquez 3 24/7 - Episode 4 or just have gatorade instead... hmmmm..
decisions.. decisions..

Happy Halloween!
how was your halloween? good? great!
just like the years went by, i had the same old, same old experience. with my boring in-laws, as usual.
thanks to the addition of my little baby, Angel Mitch, it was a tad fun to go around the cemetery. she's getting bigger and a lot lot more pesky and restless. she wants to move around all the time when you put her down. still, she's cute when she does all that.
i gotta say she's got a lot of zest in her. she's just moving all the time, talks a lot and she actually interacts when you talk to her... i guess i'm surprise since what, Neil is now thirteen years old so you can imagine how old, err, i mean how it's been a long, long time ago since we have a baby around.
everything is just, to me, a discovery yet again.
i'm really just posting something so i can greet ya for the holiday.. actually, i'm effing toasted again for doing a lot of exercises for my legs and triceps this morning... argh!
chillin' out.
