it's been a helluva week, huh?!?
been driving around town like almost on a daily basis. gotta say, drivers of public utilities and those who do it regularly cos it's their job, they have earned my respect.
i mean, it's not easy driving around this place. i drive a motorcycle and i don't have a problem skirting through traffic and just go in and out like a fly. basically, i can get through my destination half the time (even less) as compared to a four-wheeled vehicle.
since sister arrived last week, i had the sole duty of driving her around wherever she and her company pleases. to think i'm driving an automatic transmission vehicle, it would have been less burdensome, but hell no!
it's crazy out there. utility vehicles cutting you off with zest! people crossing the streets, ya know, the kind where they'd walk across the street then look later if there's an incoming vehicle? in short, dumbass!
oh man, i can count forever the many ways i would rather not be driving around with a cage rather than a bike. it's no wonder how a lot people get killed or shot at or whacked by some road rage assholes and whatnot, cos it's a freakin' jungle out there!
it just takes away the fun of driving.
well, it's not over yet... there's still a lot of hours left to log on - driving.
yaiks!
training had to take a back seat.
but would you be surprise if my strength had gotten really crazy wicked? well, lemme tell you why.... coz i'm freaking FAT again!
we've been having a lot of that brainsickening ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT buffet, that's what.
since i'm fat and obese nowadays, i better be freakin' strong.. and i am. anyway, when sister leaves and the holy week, over, the plan is to lean out again. i know the drill -- been there, done that.
i've set some serious PR's while i'm here sitting fat as fuck. but, even while i'm strong, i don't feel healthy. my BP's at borderline high and at some point, i feel weird.
so, NO, being huge and a strong mofo at the same time, isn't good for the health in the long run. gotta scale back while i'm not as huge as THIS GUY yet.

i'm 56.

two days ago, that is.
deym. i'm getting old fast!
there's good news and some bad news...
for starters, i'm smarter now than 10 years ago.. now, if i can only go back and bring with me the knowledge and wisdom i've since accumulated, it'd be cool.
bad news is i'm not as energetic and as adventurous as i used to be. well, i have come full circle... settled.
it's a little late to discover my true passion.. weightlifting.
i squatted 440 pounds earlier today.. not bad for an old timer, yeah?
deadlifted close to 400 pounds last week.. did most of this crazy lifts whilst i'm at this age... what if i got hooked on this thing like when i was a teenager?
one year ago i was a nobody in this gym. today, most of the guys know me.. they stop, stare and look in disbelief whenever i do the darnest thing.. he he!
even the guys on roids can't believe their eyes i can almost equal them in strength.
thanks to the good Lord above, i have no injuries while my roided counterpart, they're aching somewhere.
my juiced ex-partner whom i mentioned here before, he can't believe either.
yet, i train alone. i don't like partners, to be honest. it's like i'm in the 'zone' when i train and partners just gimme some kinda reason to slack... ya know, talk smack all the time.
another thing, i do things differently.
i hate training one body part per day. that's a waste of time.
i'd like to hit 'em big for my buck.

steroid use is pretty rampant in my gym.. seems normal to them.
why this guys are in so much of in a hurry? your guess is good as mine.
as soon as they get off, they shrink.
too expensive. too fleeting. too-tal waste of money.
what's even worst: they're not getting any stronger!
mostly aren't even competing.. just for vanity.
same old... same old..
what i learned most as i grew older?
to K.I.S.S.
Keep. It. Simple. Stupid.

this is it.
ey yo!
zup??
been really lazy these days. i don't feel like blogging anymore. MJ's dead. more reason not to write 'bout nothing. guess everyone already said their piece about him.
that's it. got no more to add.
i'd rather watch Ronnie Coleman train.

he's not only a freak of nature in terms of strength and size, the dude is one helluva funny guy too!
got a few of his videos... sssshhhhhh... it's a secret how i got it.
this week is de-loading week... meaning, i'd go easy in the gym and get off the fuckin' juice.. ooopppsss!! the "F" word found its way again in here.. sorry.
the juice, you ask?
just supplements, homie.. nothing to be alarm about.
oh well, it's been boring as of late. the routine i'm having these days, a vicious cycle.
what i really, really like to do right now is go somewhere far with Neil and never come back ever again... maybe live in some beach or the wilderness... away from the stress and civilization.. just explore the world and discover new things.
whatta adventure, yeah??!
but i'm being redundant.
ciao!
