gewd werk




so i made it through... weeeeee!

yeah, worked around the pain.. t'was good, respectable workout considering just a week ago, i sprained, injured, tore my right shoulder's rotator cuff.

strength-wise, it was all good... didn't lose even a shred of strength.. i gotta hold back a li'l, though... there ain't no way i'm just gonna plow through the weights with my injury still healing fresh.. no-oh!

felt sore when i reached 80% of my max strength.. next week, i'd still go by how things feel..

whew! cool it, homs!

bump into THIS SITE earlier.. since then, i can't stop grinning..
