it's almost time...

last day in the gym tomorrow.. woooohhoooo!!!

fact: i am really, really tired now.

fact: i need to rest so my body can recover.

fact: i'm losing motivation.

fact: it's natural to feel this way after months of bouts with the iron.

fact: i'm bored working out i need a break to rejuvenate.

fact: i need the break for myself, family, dogs, etc.

fact: i haven't played PC-games for eons now.

fact: i missed watchin' DVDs.

well, above pretty much sums it all.

hope to be back a lot more focus, injury-free and so much more intense sessions after a week or two..

fingers crossed.
